Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
- Collaborate with logistics and order services to understand finished good inventory requirements and forecast demand for products at COD & DOD locations.
- Develop and implement inventory replenishment strategies to maintain optimal finished good inventory levels while minimizing stock outs and excess inventory.
- Monitor finished good inventory levels and consumption patterns at field locations, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and inventory optimization.
- Implement inventory control measures and procedures to ensure accurate inventory.
- Review and analyze COD/DOD performance/inventory levels; recommend necessary changes to forecasts.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory to field locations based on demand forecasts and lead times.
- Continuously evaluate and improve finished good inventory management processes in the field.
- Ensure timely reporting of inventory status vs target and gap-closure actions
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience

- Knowledge & Skills
Proficient in inventory managing software and ERP systems. - Knowledge of inventory planning methodologies, demand forecasting techniques, and inventory control principles.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping, reporting, and inventory tracking.

- Expert Excel, Access, Word, Outlook

- 3-5 years of inventory management or related experience
- Demonstrated history of evaluating and improving inventory management processes in the field
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred, but not required
