Job Title: Phlebotomist - Provo

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented phlebotomist to perform blood draws on-site for a medical office in Provo. The facility sees about 100-150 patients daily, and you will be expected to perform 30-40 draws a day independently. You will also be responsible for data entry, specimen processing, and preparing labs for shipment. The role requires rotation between front desk duties, patient services, and other testing responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Perform 30-40 blood draws daily without assistance.
• Execute data entry tasks accurately.
• Process specimens and prepare labs for shipment.
• Administer a complete menu of testing.
• Rotate between front desk, patient service, and other testing duties.

Essential Skills

• 6 months of clinical phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy and blood draw expertise.
• Venipuncture skills.
• Completion of a phlebotomy school or program is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Hospital or outpatient lab experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of testing menus is advantageous.
• Plasma experience should be augmented by traditional phlebotomy experience.

Work Environment

The position involves working in a national outpatient setting with a slower pace and limited test menu. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with sites open from 8 AM to 6 PM, offering shifts from 8-5 or 9-6. You will float to multiple medical offices in Provo.
