Desktop Support Technician

TEKsystems is looking for a capable desktop support technician in the Riverton area
Resolve problems or escalate to the appropriate personnel in a timely matter.
Provide case status updates to management and end-users
Recognize ticket requests requiring greater expertise and escalate them appropriately
Perform audit tasks as directed by management
Image and configure equipment to design specifications
Perform assigned software and device maintenance and upgrades and document changes made
Interact with customers in a helpful and positive manner, with customer satisfaction as the objective
Comply with applicable industry regulatory requirements
Perform backup/data transfers
Understand and navigate Windows and Mac platforms
Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician, A+, Network+ or comparable experience
Computer and Printer Troubleshooting (PC & Mac)
Technical Documentation Skills.
Computer Replacement/Backing up files and resetting computers
Time & Priority Management
NICE TO HAVE:
ServiceNow or Ticket management skills
