- Work hours- 10am-7pm
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for providers requesting fee assistance, offering customer service support.
- Help providers understand qualification criteria based on CNCS and Department of Defense policies.
- Address and resolve provider concerns about the fee assistance program.
- Maintain professional relationships with military providers.
- Uphold high ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Handle communications from military families and providers, providing excellent customer service.
- Review state child care licensing for the Enhanced Referral and Military Fee Assistance programs.
- Update and maintain the web-based provider network.
- Conduct internal reviews based on complaints, inspection reports, and staff interactions.
- Educate military families and providers on early childhood development, education standards, and quality child care indicators.
Compensation:$19
