Aston Carter in partnership with a market leader in energy storage is hiring a fully remote Supply Chain Analyst!

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory control teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as required

2. NetSuite Configuration: Maintain the NetSuite system to accurately reflect material movement processes, including item receipts, inventory transfers, work orders, and purchase orders.

3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within material movement transactions and develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

4. Data Analysis: Analyze data related to material movement transactions, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, production, and other relevant teams to align material movement processes with overall supply chain objectives and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.

6. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to material movement transactions, collaborating with internal audit teams as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in supply chain management, with a specific focus on material movement transactions within the NetSuite ERP system.

• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including item receipts, inventory transfers, work orders, and purchase orders.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
