Job Title: Pipe Foreman


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to supervise construction sites with a strong understanding of building processes. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for effective project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee a crew of up to 20 people while working in wet conditions, digging up to 40 feet deep. A solid understanding of OSHA regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment are essential for this position. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively are crucial.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution effectively.
  • Oversee quality control measures to ensure that all work meets project specifications and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in supervising construction sites.
