Project Manager

Actalent is looking for Project Manager

Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of assigned projects, to include project schedule and cost, quality control, contract administration, project final delivery and close-out, and client communications. They may also be involved in cost estimating and proposal development.

They will be managing 2-6 interior projects at a time. They last between 6-12 weeks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- high school degree or equivalent, bachelor's degree is preferred

-3-5 YOE as a project manager

- attention to detail

- personable and flexible

- great communication

-Ability to schedule projects, run from start up to close out, respond to RFI's, process submittals, change orders

- proficient in Microsoft office/project management software

-GC experience, commercial interior projects

-Procore experience is ideal
