Description:
Being apart of this team, you will be assisting in joining to improve the Call routing experience for customers to be routed between Contact Center agents. You will be responsible for developing or modifying existing back-end api to support customers. Your work will support the development of additional customer experiences to assist with Discover handling/messaging improvement's. This role will give you the opportunity to develop within the new IVR platform which is responsible for customer card activation, debit card transactions and servicing.
Skills:
Experience Building IVR Based Applications, Javascript, Typescript, Restful API's, CI/CD Based Deployments, AWS Services, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3 Buckets, Route 53, Application Load Balancing
