• Three to seven years' experience as a business systems analyst.

• Experience working with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.

• HR systems experience a plus

• Workday experience is a plus

Description:

• Our client is seeking a Business System Analyst to join their HR team. This BSA will support a Workday project.
• Technical skills would be understanding how SaaS systems work.
• Seeking a BSA who can really manage through deliverables, hold the project team accountable to make those deliverables and effectively identify and manage risks.
• Seeking a strong communicator who can negotiate.

Duties:

• Business analysis
• Requirements gathering and analysis
• Documentation
• Presentations
