Responsibilities
- The Project Manager Lead (PML) shall serve as the Government's first point of contact for all facility construction activities.
- Seven years' experience managing a multitude of facilities, sustainment, renovation, and modernization projects within established cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines.
- Seven years' experience with operation of commercial and/or Government facilities.
- Experience with advising, guiding, and coordinating with customers. To include acquiring, documenting renovation and repair requirements accurately.
- Knowledge of Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) software for space utilization and shop drawing development.
- Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling.
- Experience working with Architectural and Design personnel.
- Working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and all applicable codes and regulations.
- This position requires a current Top Secret security clearance.
