Aston Carter is seeking an interim Digital Marketing Strategist for one of our clients. This role is perfect for a seasoned digital marketer with a strong analytic mind and a passion for storytelling through data.
A successful candidate will be expected to thoroughly analyze marketing reports to understand performance trends. They should be adept at gleaning insights on how to optimize campaigns, discerning the story the data is telling, and figuring out the reasons behind it.
-Optimize existing digital marketing campaigns for a variety of services.
-Utilize an established strategy as the foundation for continuous improvements.
-Perform detailed analysis of campaign performance, leveraging available reports and tools to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of each campaign.
-Distill complex marketing data into clear narratives, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities. Make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimizations.
-Correlate marketing data with financial outcomes to determine the real-world impact of each campaign. Assess whether campaigns are driving desired actions, such as visits or appointment scheduling.
-Evaluate the profitability of each campaign, using financial and campaign data to measure return on investment and inform future marketing decisions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Expertise in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of SEO and SEM.
-Proficient in CRM tools with strong experience in email marketing strategy and execution.
-Ability to leverage analytics tools (like GA4) to track, measure, and report campaign effectiveness.
-Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
-Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
-Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEM, CRM systems, and email marketing best practices.
-Familiarity with GA4 and call tracking and reporting systems.
-Basic HTML/CSS skills.
-Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear narratives.
-Excellent project management and communication skills.
