Aerotek is hiring Production Associates in Chesapeake, VA.
Aerotek is looking for production associates for a manufacturing company in Chesapeake, VA. These positions are available due to an increase in work and are looking to get started immediately! These openings are a great way to get started with a great company.
The ideal person for this role is someone mechanically inclined with solid work experience, very detail oriented, good attendance, and a desire to grow their career
Detailed duties of this position on a daily basis include:
• Ability to read job ticket carefully and following basic instructions
• Inspect and remove all defects and perform quality inspections on products
• Lift finished materials onto the machine (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Complete quality assurance sheet and associated documentation
• Responsible for following processes and procedures
Experience in general production or manufacturing roles preferred
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to work a 2nd shift Monday -Friday or 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday
Pay starts at $15 an hour
