This consultant will be assisting in the PPM implementation. The consultant will be the strategist and technologist in driving SNOW to be user friendly, but also able to run analytics and reports. Implementing IT PM module within SNOW to set up PPM and go down the path of capacity planning Not hiring resource managers but realized that SNOW in its natural place is not user friends in regards to reporting and viewing Issues in SNOW team in PMO- they have never stood up PPM before
