Seeking individuals to perform civil construction labor. Will be performing labor tasks on site to include shoveling, raking dirt, moving materials, spotting heavy equipment and other miscellaneous tasks on site. They will either work on the traditional civil crew or will be working on the pipe crew. Individual will be working around Heavy Equipment, so they must have special awareness on site. They will need to have basic civil/earthwork construction experience.
- shovel dirt, stone, and asphalt
- Use various tools such as a shovel, brooms, pick, ax, brush hood, rake, hammer, saw, pneumatic hammer/drill, tamps (both manual and power driven), concrete saw, sledge hammer, and other tools associated with manual labor
- May be lifting materials up to 75 lbs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-1+ years of recent construction experience
- Plus if you've worked on a civil/earthwork construction site with heavy equipment operators)
-If you do not have direct experience, they will take individuals with no construction experience who are willing to learn.
-1+ years of light heavy equipment experience (skid steer, bobcat, etc.) would be preferable
