Analyze asbestos samples Work with a PLM microscope identifying various asbestos samples (spore trap, tapes, swab samples) Perform quality control procedures Participate in proficiency testing Help with development of new testing procedures and protocols Provide customer service to our clients by helping with proper collection of samples and help with interpretation of laboratory reports.

Top Skills Details:

1) Must have a year to two years of experience with microscopy. Could be in a clinical lab or environmental lab, just needs to be very strong with microscopes. Bachelors degree in Biology or Microbiology. 2) LIMS experience helpful, basically they need to be proficient with MS office, word, outlook, excel, etc. 3) Personality fit is important as well: work autonomously, work with great urgency, and need someone who can focus on their work and not be a distraction to the team .
