ADP is hiring for their Total Source Implementation team. This group supports clients who outsource the majority of their HR guidance/support functions to ADP. The Implementation Consultant Sr. role is a highly customer oriented role that is focused around the onboarding of new clients into the Total Source program, they are the "quarterback" of the client relationship and handle most of the interaction with the client to ensure they are onboarded correctly. Specifically regarding payroll services. Some of the day to day duties to be expected are:

- conducts meetings with the clients to discuss components of Payroll, Benefits, Risk and Safety, 401(k), co-employment practices and Human Resources.

-coordinates amongst teams the implementation of the products and services

--Manages the completion of tasks and provides timely and accurate input on project status to the Client, Benefits, 401(k), Division Implementation, HR, Payroll and Sales

-IC owns the client relationship during the initial relationship with client.

- Manages client expectations, overcomes configuration and compliance issues, delivers messaging, addresses billing issues, and drives the reasons they bought PEO

- They also own the results of the implementation survey / client satisfaction.

-They are the first impressions of our service business and accountable for 1st year retention.

ADP is very big on personality. The managers for these positions have hired a variety of backgrounds including teachers, managers, recent grads, etc. For these roles they stated "we can teach the skillset, we cannot teach professionalism, work ethic, or the ability to problem solve"

Qualified candidates will have the following:

-at least 2 years of professional experience

-strong problem solving skillsets

-high level of professionalism

-must have great communication skills written and oral

-a background in handling customer interaction and project management/fulfillment

Ideal Candidates will have:

-Some knowledge of payroll, benefits, AP/AR, implementation or client onboarding

-College Degree preferred
