PRA is looking for someone who can be the liaison between business units for determining conflict resolution. The purpose of this job is to analyze complaints/disputes and understand the root cause through investigation and in turn, helping with conflict resolution. - This person will be working to identify where issues have derived from and offering solutions to them to the corresponding dept. - Independently conducts complaint investigations and associated tasks to ensure complaint investigations are thorough, investigations conclusions are appropriate, appropriate procedures are followed, complaint investigations are closed within required timeframes, and complaint documentation meets Good Documentation Practices. - Makes independent decisions on cases that are subject to regulatory review. Adheres strictly to service level agreements on complaints handling. Interface with multiple parties and business units to resolve escalations and complaints through frequent follow-up. They will be working in between depts to help facilitate the resolution process. They do not talk to customers except rarely.

Top skills- must be professional, good written and oral communication, EXCEL, and have to have some good administrative exp. • Ability to identify issues within a dispute situation. And use sound business judgment. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact effectively with peers and management. • Must represent PRA with a high degree of professionalism which includes PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION. written and oral • Must have effective organizational, communication, time-management and interpersonal skill, ability to draft business correspondence, and procedure manuals and a high attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Key thing is understanding the issue and distinguishing which one it is– they have 50 issue types. Must be able to become familiar with policies/procedures to understand how to work on corrective actions.
