-Shall interface with In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs), Planning Yard (PY) Engineering Technical Codes, ships force, and Naval Inventory Control Point-Mechanicsburg (NAVICP-M) to resolve database discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of system configuration data. -Shall assist the LHA Class CDM in maintaining the Ship Configuration and Logistics Support Information System (SCLSIS) database via Configuration Data Managers Database – Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) in accordance with governing specifications and other database standardization processes as required by the CDM. -Shall research the Repairable Identification Code (RIC) for Technical Manual (TM) and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) support using Technical Data Management Information System (TDMIS) and Planned Maintenance System - Management Information System (PMS-MIS) databases. Contractor shall load TM and Maintenance Index Page (MIP) Logistics Record Type 3s (RT3s) to the appropriate Configuration Record Type 2 (RT2) and ensure all fields are accurate, complete and in accordance with all specifications and CDM direction. -Shall correctly populate the Location field in CDMD-OA using Ships Installation Drawings (SIDs) and Damage Control (DC) Diagrams and shall use as-built SIDs to properly identify quantified configuration records and break out these records to a quantity of one with unique Equipment Functional Description (EFD) for each record. -Shall review the ship’s configuration file in CDMD-OA and perform an analysis to determine if CDMD-OA reflects the new Adds, Changes and Deletes identified in the work files. All record types shall be developed and/or modified in accordance with specifications. -Shall provide NAVSHIPYD Norfolk, Code 281 with a Work file Weekly Status Report that details records completed, records remaining, and problems encountered. -Work on-site at NNSY, the prime contract location (Portsmouth, VA).
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Must have CDMD-OA experience, ability to successfully complete training and obtain relative account credentials. -Must be able to read and interpret Ship Installation Drawings and Ship Selected Record. -Must be able to perform in accordance with NAVSE
