Inside Sales Representative - Hybrid Remote

Aston Carter is hiring Inbound Sales Agents to work for a comfort and mobility company selling products available online or through digital marketing. 

100% remote work after training!

A Day in the Role:

·  Take and answer incoming calls from clients and/or their care support and respond to inquiries in a timely manner (40 per day)  

·  Provide accurate information regarding our unique and innovative healthcare products  

·  Assist customers in selecting the most suitable healthcare product to fit their lifestyle needs  

·  Follow-up on customer inquiries and orders  

·  Provide an excellent and empathetic customer experience while building brand awareness and increasing lifetime value of our customers  

·  Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM and lead management tools  

·  Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products  

·  Achieve sales quotas and other performance metrics 

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

·  1 year work experience within Sales process 

·  Excellent Communication skills 

·  Must be authorized to work in the US

Shift:

Monday – Friday + 1 weekend day (8am-6pm)
