Top Skills Details:

1) 1 year experience in a customer service support environment

2) 2 years SQL or Oracle experience (Person should have a basic understanding on how to research tables. They should know how to dig into tables and understand why an error message is happening. They should also understand basic words within select statements and the basic structure of how to create a select statement.)

3) 1 year of SQL scripting experience ( this can be professional or school experience but basic knowledge around SQL scripting is a must)



• Consistently document and troubleshoot any reported issue

• Develop a solid understanding of internal hardware/software standards and how they integrate with business processes

• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the IT department

• Develop and maintain understanding of Corporate and IT policies and procedures

• Continued development of “creative thinking” in troubleshooting techniques

• Demonstrate solid verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate solid customer service and follow-up skills

• Develop the ability to multi-task

• Comply with defined ITIL processes

• Help facilitate the Incident Management process, to include internal and external communication and liaise with 3rd tier resources for determining root cause


• A strong understanding of programming logic with the ability to read code

• Basic understanding of Database architecture and querying concepts

• 0-6 months relevant Technical Call Center/Help Desk experience or comparable education preferred

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Experience using MS Office products

• Solid written and verbal communication skills are required

• Solid organizational skills
