NOW HIRING- YOGA Customer Service Agent in Scott's Addition, VA

Job Description:

The customer service agent provides customer support by processing inbound phone and fax orders. They will be answering product and order-related questions, creating price quotes, and responding to customers via email, phone, and social media. Will be supporting the online store customers and other marketplace channels(Amazon, eBay, etc.) Key duties include: entering new orders, providing order updates, responding to customer inquiries, and following up on order inquiries. As an agent, you would be supporting a fitness product-related call center, upselling, or providing consultative sales over the phone.

Entry-level customer service experience, IDEAL candidates are interested or involved in Yoga or other fitness groups!
