Assembly/Paint Line Technician Night Shift

Candidate will be working in an assembly role; learning the process of high-end product manufacturing; however the third shift will be focused mainly on the Paintline Operation, the third step in the Assembly process. (i.e. Raw aluminum materials are welded, grinded, then go through paintline operation)
Candidates will be on the forefront of Significant Company Growth as this will be a brand new shift!!
Candidate will be using less hand/power tools for a typical assembly type of role, but the process starts with manual drill press, cutting bending and measuring metal and using basic shop math utilizing basic company drawings.
Candidates should have a mechanical inclination; experience in "how things work" with the use of power tools, tape measures, following drawings, and appreciate an interest in craftsmanship of products. Candidates with Paintline or Machine operation experience highly encouraged to apply; however will consider more entry level candidates with an interest in craftsmanship!
Candidates should be expected to learn every area of the operation at some point; potentially even learning and moving into welding some day if that is of interest.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Candidates do not need to have 2 plus year of assembly experience as their interest is in training the right person who enjoys working with their hands, and the Paintline can be taught. Experience/exposure to a hotter manufacturing area is a plus, and a high attention to detail i.e. flooring, woodworking, carpentry, or construction/hands-on building experience
New Third shift being Added (Supervisor will be needed also for $23 Plus per hour) 12am-8am shift time
