These individuals will be working in the Retail division. It is a call-center environment in which individuals work in a cubicle with a computer and two additional monitors while taking mostly inbound customer calls. They will be a part of a large team while working within a smaller group supervised by a "Team Lead" all with the goal of bringing first call resolution to customers from the eCommerce segment of business.

Calls might consist of customers who are inquiring about product damage, discrepancies on a receipt for returned items, or general questions about products or inventory availability within the website.

They will need to be very comfortable handling calls from upset customers as a portion of the calls will be from disgruntled customers. Other calls will be to help customers verify or cancel current orders. Sometimes they will deal with employees at national stores that may need assistance in dealing with customer issues.

Will be handling 40-60 calls a day while taking "case" notes on each call according to policies and guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be comfortable with typing and computer navigation. MUST have good job tenure and quality customer service experience. Familiarity with Automotive parts would be helpful, but is certainly not required. Call-center experience is also a plus. Very much a team oriented environment.
