1. 6+ years manual testing experience- they will be testing on multiple application- including web-based, white box, black box, database, etc.

My client is looking for a Sr QA candidate with 5+ years experience to work with their team of 8 others to support ecommerce, point of sale, and other web applications. This is full manual SDLC testing including integration, functional, regression and UAT. The person should have some lead experience because they will be working on projects independently and will be expected to partner with the programmers, PM's and BA's to understand various business demands and formulate solutions. This is important because my client is not a heavily documented environment and being able to build and manage relationships in collaboration with others is a key to success. LoadRunner experience is helpful and good communication is critical as they interface with all departments at my client.
