· Process full cycle A/P in Nexus Payables
· Monitor AP inbox
· Review invoices for accuracy and work with Property Managers/Assistant PM’s to resolve issues
··Assist with creating and tracking vendor files
· Track and secure W-9 Forms from new vendors
· Process 1099’s
· Process weekly vendor payments via ACH, online payments and/or check
· Promote use of Nexus Connect to all vendors
· Update Positive Pay as needed
· Download daily bank reports (from various banks)
· Daily depositing/posting of all cash receipts (checks, ACH, Wires, etc)
Top Skills Details:
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with AP and AR responsibilities
-Proficient in Excel
-Knowledge of an accounting ERP similar to Nexus (Sage, Yardi, Great Plains, Etc)
-6 month contract-to-hire
