Aston Carter is seeking a Production Admin to assist a Plant Manager with daily duties. Main responsibilities will include printing, copying and organizing work orders from engineers within production. They will need to keep up with high volume of work orders coming in, multitask, have high attention to detail and be adaptable to a different array of tasks each day.
- Assist with printing, creating copies and filing work orders from engineers
- Right hand to Plant Manager, will work with them and the Quality team
- Data entry into Excel spreadsheets of current work orders
- Review prints, check product status, and take pictures for quality team
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- 1-2 years of administrative experience required
- proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (on-site)
