Part Time Member Service Rep

Aston Carter is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Part Time Member Service Representative position in Winchester, VA.

Hours worked will only fall between 12PM-5PM.

Description

To respond to inquiries and requests over the phone from customers in a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center environment.

Requirements:

• Recent customer service experience, working directly with customers
• Passion for helping others and talking over the phone
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Quick data entry skills

Responsibilities:

• Open business memberships, review applications with them, updating the systems, taking the first deposits from them, sending checks out, servicing those calls, answer questions on their membership, handling issuing cards, checks, questions on transactions.
