To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Call Types -

Open new Business Accounts

Servicing existing Business Accounts

Legal Documentation

Authorized Signers

Issuing Debit Cards, Credit Cards & Checks

Perform business and non-business transactions

□ Monday - Friday. You will not be scheduled to work weekends or holidays.

□ 20 hours per week somewhere between the hours of 11:00am and 5:00pm ET. Available shift options will be presented to you if offered a position.

□ Client offers flexible shift options which consist of a 5-hour window. You can be scheduled to begin your 4-hour shift anytime within that 5-hour window. (See example below)

□ Accept a shift you are comfortable working for an extended period of time. Shift changes will not be available on this contract.

□ Your schedule will be available two weeks in advance, and you will be able to see two weeks of your schedule at one time.

□ Your start time and team meetings are scheduled for you. You get an additional 15 minutes to use for breaks at your leisure. You are expected to adhere to your schedule.


Customer Service, Data Entry, Inbound and Outbound Calls, Call Center

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, baking/mortgage, professional environment or high volume retail environment.
