Aston Carter is hiring 22 PART TIME Customer Service Representatives to start on August 7th in Winchester, VA!
This is NOT a remote position and requires working onsite, in Winchester, VA.
Job Description:
To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Perform business and non-business transactions
- Location: ONSITE in Winchester, VA (no remote work – must have reliable transportation)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week (no weekends or holidays)
- 20 hours per week - will work a 4 hour shift between the hours of 12:00pm and 5:00pm EST
- Client offers flexible shift options which consist of a 5-hour window. You can be scheduled to begin your 4-hour shift anytime within that 5-hour window.
- Accept a shift you are comfortable working for an extended period of time as shift changes will not be available on this contract.
- Your schedule will be available two weeks in advance, and you will be able to see two weeks of your schedule at one time.
- Your start time and team meetings are scheduled for you. You get an additional 15 minutes to use for breaks at your leisure. You are expected to adhere to your schedule.
- Training Schedule for the first 26 days: Monday-Friday 10:30am-4:30pm EST
- Pay: $22.50/hour
