Job Title: Production Operator

Pay Rate: $18 to $21 per hour (plus $2 shift differential for night shift)

Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating multiple assigned positions and tasks to produce quality work. This includes the placement and testing of electrical components, cleaning finished products, and loading raw materials into machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage multiple assigned positions and tasks safely and efficiently.
• Place and test electrical components as part of production tasks.
• Clean finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Load raw materials into machines to maintain continuous production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machinery issues.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and coworkers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Production and/or machine operating experience is preferred, but no experience is required for Operator Level 1 positions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to distinguish between colors.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
• Intermediate computer literacy, including data analysis and interpretation.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel) required for Operator Level 2.

Schedule: (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off)

• Day shift: 6AM – 6PM
• Nigh shift: 6:30PM – 6:30AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
