Senior Systems Applications Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Applications Engineer to lead the design and integration of advanced radar equipment subsystems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions using embedded computing, secure networking, and power systems. This role involves technical leadership, system validation, and transitioning products to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and verify radar subsystems based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on system integration and testing.
• Define application requirements and verification strategies.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, including deployment, commissioning, and C2 interface validation.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and reproduce field problems in lab settings.
• Gather feedback to improve product performance and user experience.
• Support new product development and refinement of existing systems.
• Travel up to 25% (domestic and international).

Required Skills

• 7+ years in systems engineering and integration of complex electronic systems.
• Experience with rugged hardware (PCs, power supplies, switches).
• Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat, Yocto) and Python-based test automation.
• Familiarity with PNT/ADCS systems and network infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and customer communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DoD/MoD systems and radar signal processing.
• Background in electrical, software, or mechanical engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent military/industry experience.
• Project management experience across cross-functional teams.
