Summary:
This position offers the opportunity to drive data strategy and analytics execution for a digitally centric business-to-business brand and performance marketing organization. The successful candidate will orchestrate analytics roadmap sequencing, define key performance indicator frameworks, and create compelling performance narratives that inform executive decision-making. This role requires close coordination with marketing channel leads, data engineering teams, and platform specialists to ensure analytics initiatives are strategically aligned, accurately measured, and effectively actionable. The position demands strong program leadership capabilities, the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments, and expertise in translating ambiguous business questions into scalable analytics solutions. This individual will manage data requests from marketers, oversee compliance with data handling regulations, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to implement tools that support data and analytics efforts. The role encompasses forecasting, goal-setting, performance tracking, and the development of digital engagement scoring models to power account-based marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics roadmap sequencing and manage trade-offs across competing priorities to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives
- Define and implement key performance indicator frameworks and develop performance narratives for executive stakeholders
- Manage data requests from marketing teams by prioritizing and refining requirements, tracking progress, and coordinating with privacy, legal, data owners, and engineering teams
- Oversee the completion of data roadmap initiatives including segmentation, conversion tracking, and reporting infrastructure
- Advocate for and ensure compliance with data handling regulations including Digital Marketing Act and General Data Protection Regulation requirements
- Coordinate data science projects leveraging enterprise data assets in collaboration with partner teams on methodologies and implementation
- Develop depth of understanding across the business data landscape and data lineage to leverage appropriate sources for specific business needs
- Recommend efficiency improvements for analytics and reporting that enable reusable, self-service capabilities directed toward meaningful data interpretation
- Partner with channel teams to identify measurable launch goals and deliver insights-led reporting and learnings
- Own annual forecast and goal-setting processes, manage performance against targets, and communicate results to business stakeholders and leadership
- Develop and operationalize digital engagement scoring models to support account-based marketing strategies
- Create monthly business review content for partners, stakeholders, and leadership audiences
- Produce executive-ready reporting materials that translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
- Lead and participate in pilot initiatives to support innovation and continuous improvement efforts
- Manage complex cross-functional analytics programs including intake, prioritization, dependency management, and on-time delivery
- Seven to ten or more years of hands-on experience leading marketing analytics across multiple digital channels
- Six to nine or more years managing complex cross-functional analytics or data programs
- Five to eight or more years producing executive-ready narratives and performance readouts
- Three to four years minimum of hands-on digital marketing experience in a business-to-business role
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND eight or more years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND four or more years of relevant experience
- Marketing analytics expertise across web, email, paid media, and in-product channels
- Key performance indicator definition and performance measurement capabilities
- Forecasting and predictive modeling skills
- Program management for data, platforms, or analytics initiatives
- Executive reporting and data storytelling abilities
- Data architecture and data modeling knowledge
- Data governance and compliance understanding
- Business intelligence and financial analysis capabilities

- Pay Range*: $58.50 - $66 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
