• This is a hybrid role and does require working on-site in Seattle, WA 3 days per week
• Experience within desktop engineering, specifically in application support within a blended Windows OS and MacOS environment.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Experience within application migration through SCCM, Intune, or Jamf for SaaS and proprietary applications. Strong preference is Intune.
• Drug & Pre-Employment Check required

Preferred Skills

• Preferred Tools: Proficiency with Intune, JAMF, Tanium, and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with the patching cycle. Ex: Someone that helped with the migration from SCCM to Intune (understands both tenants).
• Somebody from desktop engineering is strongly preferred as they will understand what can effectively be migrated.

Job Description

• This is a hybrid role and requires working on-site in Seattle, WA 3 days per week.
• The company is absorbing an affiliate company. The current environment is Windows OS while the affiliate environment is MacOS.
• The BSA will play a crucial role in migrating support models and assisting with business requirements gathering, business case development, and planning for the migration of applications and SaaS from MacOS to Windows OS.
• This individual will be helping to determine what should be integrated into the current support model.
• The BSA will be working directly with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Drug & Pre-Employment check required.
