This is an owner‑side role that sits at the intersection of construction management, pre‑construction, and design oversight, ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience delivering data center or other complex infrastructure projects.
This person will be responsible for the following deliverables

6. Closeout - Record documentation, lessons learned, offboarding
7. Program Management - Ongoing reporting, data management, KPI tracking (runs throughout all phases)
- Support data center projects from early design strategy through construction and closeout
- Participate in design milestone reviews, constructability assessments, and pre‑construction handoff
- Coordinate closely with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure designs are buildable and execution stays on track
- Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, design changes, and weekly coordination meetings
- Help maintain design intent throughout construction while balancing schedule, cost, and risk
- Contribute to reporting, tracking, and overall program execution for large capital projects
Travel expectations:
- Candidates will be based out of the Seattle, Austin, or Herndon office
- Travel will be to data center campuses in nearby or regional states (locations TBD)
- Anticipated travel is approximately 7–8 site visits over a 12‑month period, depending on project phase
- Site visits are typically short‑duration and aligned with major milestones
Ideal experience:
- Experience in data center or mission‑critical construction
- Experience in construction management, pre‑construction, design‑assist, or owner’s‑rep roles
- Comfort working on large, fast‑paced capital projects
- Experience supporting projects through construction, commissioning, and turnover
- Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and non‑technical teams
- This role is a strong fit for professionals coming from mission‑critical general contractors, owner’s rep firms, EPCM organizations, or construction‑focused design management backgrounds who want exposure to large, complex data center programs.
