Job Title: Regional Maintenance Manager
Job Description

Join our North America Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team as a dynamic Regional Maintenance Manager. You will lead operations, drive safety initiatives, and guide field teams in developing decision-making tools for site managers. Your mission is to evaluate Fulfillment Center RME departments, implement proven practices to improve reliability metrics, champion workplace safety, maximize equipment uptime, and optimize operational costs in our fast-paced fulfillment network.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems, conveyors, and sorters.
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs and manage vendor relationships.
  • Oversee capital projects and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership to facilities maintenance teams.
  • Manage maintenance acceptance for large-scale projects.
  • Lead remotely and manage multiple sites/buildings with 400-800 indirect reports.
Essential Skills
  • Extensive expertise in facilities maintenance and workplace safety.
  • Experience with MHE systems, packaging automation, distribution processes, and storage systems.
  • Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in automation, control systems, CMMS, AutoCAD, and data analysis tools.
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience managing complex projects and building strong relationships across organizational levels.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and providing technical leadership.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage maintenance acceptance for large-scale projects.

Work Environment

Work in a highly complex automated distribution center leading a team of over 80 technicians providing daily support to 24/7 operations. This role requires a self-starter who excels at managing multiple complex projects while building strong relationships across all organizational levels.

This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130900.00 - $196200.00/yr.
