Job Description
The Specialty Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on the Global Specialty Recruiting team. This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle, including scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. The Recruiting Coordinator will have an immediate impact on the experience of our most s enior candidates and will be their primary point of contact throughout the interviewing process.
This role will influence candidate and client experience by:
- Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting seni or executives.
- Providing an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, high-quality work, and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate lifecycle from initial contact to start date.
- Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly.
- Entering and tracking candidate information in the database and ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information.
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling for internal and external meetings.
- Handling multiple tasks and action items, documenting follow-up and preparation, and ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables.
