Job Title: Superintendent of Construction

Job Description

Seeking an intermediate-level Superintendent/Foreman in the Seattle or Tacoma area to assist in a variety of commercial TI projects. The company is also working on bank TIs, school remodels, and a ground-up radiation lab project. The incumbent will be bags-on at Bank of America renovation projects in the greater Seattle and Tacoma areas, where taking ownership of a jobsite and being a finisher is crucial. The individual needs to be technologically savvy to the point that they can comfortably read blueprints in Procore.

Hard Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a superintendent for commercial projects
• Experience with hollow metal frames
• Technologically savvy and able to read plans with ease
• Experience with Procore is a plus
• Competent in creating daily logs and managing 3-week look-aheads

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tacoma, Washington.

Work Environment

On site at multiple bank projects in the Seattle or Tacoma areas. Candidate will be bags-on and occasionally self-performing work as needed.
