Project Manager needed to support PSE's Energy Efficiency team located in Bothell, WA with the role performed remotely. This individual will be responsible for managing a project and will be going into a PSE H-Drive (shared file system) to evaluate energy efficiency documentation and coordinate a group of key stakeholders in organizing their team records. You will be primarily using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and some SharePoint in this role. This person will also be coordinating internally with other departments, researching records management techniques, conducting on-the-spot problem solving, developing new tools and resources for stakeholders, and creating/maintaining project management tools/timelines. This will require someone to go out of their way to reach out to people within the organization to request specific information and/or documents. Previous experience leading projects or managing their own projects is required for this position (file/records management projects, organizational projects within a database, etc). You will meet with one of the Project Managers and get about a week of training to get up to speed with the project, expectations and set goals. Being able to work independently and having the ability to follow instructions but think on your own is required for this position. KEY PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: H-Drive Goals: - Fix a major pain point for new employees and be able to stand up against re-orgs; - Ensure continuity of recordkeeping practices despite employee changes; - Offer quick and easy access to organized information; - Align with PSE records retention policies (compliance); - Getting rid of redundant, obsolete and trivial records; - Be expandable and flexible enough to meet evolving needs; - Prepare for future implementation of new technologies. Responsibilities Include: - Complete process documentation - Lead sub-groups - Facilitate coordination between groups - Document conventions and policies for H drive management - Support sub-groups with stakeholder engagement and implementation planning - Coordinate with outside stakeholders on how best to integrate shared files (i.e. Marketing, New Products)
