The IT Department/Group that sits in Mukilteo supports around 80-90 people (both in TX and in Seattle, WA). This resource needs to be versatile, willing to wear many hats, eager to learn new things, and have great customer service, be a self start and handle hectic environments.

The Infrastructure Tech will be the initial contact for IT related issues. The Infrastructure Tech will gather all necessary information about problems and conduct advanced troubleshooting routines to resolved issues. Unresolved issues will be documented along troubleshooting routines completed and assigned to the proper IT specialist for review and resolution.

Duties include answering, logging and tracking IT issues, documenting tickets and escalating issues appropriately. Diagnosis and repair of hardware and software problems for Desktops and Network components.

50% Assist users experiencing problems with hardware, software, telecommunications and other computer related issues. Track and support issues, escalate as appropriate and help implement proactive long term solutions.

30% Built out and install personal computers, software and peripheral equipment as needed. Maintain vendor relationships with service providers.

10% Maintain users accounts; adds, removes, updates. Process and implement equipment and access in support of personnel moves, adds and changes. Assist in ongoing system audits to evaluate the utility and efficiency of the systems resources and communication components and the effectiveness in meeting business goals and strategies.

Shift is Monday - Friday, 6am - 3pm
