As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst you will:

-Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste

-Problem solve and design solutions for the company's network

- Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference

-Purchase order creation and tracking orders

1. OBNR (Orders Inbound and Not Received) This needs to be combed through daily to make sure our orders are being received correctly and fully in COUPA and JIRA.

2.Invoice on Holds: (As of 10/19/20, backlog of 144) This is investigating to why an invoice is on hold and solving the invoice issues so a vendor can be paid. We have already had vendors not ship an item or hold an item due to an invoice on hold issues.

3.Open PO Orders and quick turn Pcard purchases to be done in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.

4.Receiving packages same day as delivery date.

5. Implementing sustainable processes, complex procurement's and system improvements.

6. Not be able to meet project deadlines. Procurement Requests not done in a timely manner to meet project deadlines due to not enough staff to handle the amount of workload.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

RFQ, PO, solving invoice problems, analytical skills and vendor relations etc.

Must have at least 2 years’ experience in related field

Experience in Jura, ERP systems, PR systems would be a huge plus!

Associate or Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline

Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills

Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel

Analyst experience, or focus in higher education

Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management

Experience Level:
