UX Operations Program Manager

Description:

* Location: remote

* Estimated start date: 8/14/2023 - can start up to a week earlier

* Estimated end date: 9/29/2023

* Daily schedule: 40 hrs/wk M-F

Design Operations Program Manager (Business/Ops PM).

This is an Operations PM vendor role to support the Security UX organization. This vendor would be providing Ops PM support to three UX leaders. Specific tasks would include the following:

- Rhythm of business ((regular-scheduled meetings; prep for team meetings, all hands meetings, agenda planning, etc.).

- Budget (this would include management of morale budget, training, travel, and also general budget spend, per allocations to each UX leader)

- Communications (drafting messages as appropriate, and coordinating comms plans with others)

- UX processes (helping to stand up new processes that need to be put in place to increase efficiencies)

- Operationalizing programs (helping to start and run programs as the UX organization continues to mature)

- Backend operations system management (this includes mapping PCN numbers with Cost Center numbers, and ensuring all backend systems, processes and tools are in order).

- Coordinating with other Design Ops PMs, the Chief of Staff, the Exec Admin, and Finance partners to keep the business running.
