Job Description:

A tech company in Seattle is seeking a highly motivated and customer obsessed Executive Assistant to support two directors. This is an important area for Amazon requiring strong focus and execution. The role will be responsible for a high volume of calendar management and scheduling, effectively prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests ensuring appropriate level of urgency is given, monitoring/tracking the directors meetings, priorities. When necessary, manage travel and expenses.


Successful candidates will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with little to no guidance, have impeccable attention to detail, make smart and timely decisions, and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. The ideal candidate will also have exceptional verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice. High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is a must and a high degree of professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company is required. At least two years of college and/or a bachelor’s degree preferred.

This position we would like 3+ years of experience supporting management and excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.

-Need extra support for executives, temp assignment for calendar support

Typical Day in the Role:

-Very heavy calendar work, build on ratio of 1 EA/2 directors, dealing with ambiguity (days will change quickly). Travel is starting to ramp up, possibility of travel (expense reimbursements, although this will be light). Opportunity to help with any projects going on, or any events that might come up (meetings, talent reviews)
