Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Pre-Authorizations

• Patient Check Out

• Scheduling Appointments

• Referrals

• Answering phone calls, up to 30 per day

Must Haves:

6 months of healthcare experience or education (example-medical billing cert)

Epic - managing provider's Epic template

Back Office, with occasional front desk coverage

Outreach calling patients (to scheduled appointments)

Referrals, prior auths, phones and scheduling

InBasket

Experience with Patients

Preferred:


Interpersonal skills

Works closely with providers so good rapport with
