The team needs an articulate, well-organized, and highly motivated Program Manager to lead planning and execution of product Beta programs. You will work with internal teams to execute on product and marketing pre-launch activities such as participant recruitment, communication, survey distribution and analysis, remote or in-person study logistics, and developing mechanisms for OE improvements to deliver products efficiently to customers at high quality.

You'll provide ongoing communication and engagement support by working with our thousands of global program participants to keep engagement high and feedback flowing. Cross-team coordination, and a basic understanding of project management concepts are essential. Ample growth opportunity is available as you work to identify how to make the processes and mechanisms you own and the tools you use better and more efficient.

This position requires an ability to identify opportunity for improvements and put processes and tools in place to support continual efficiency gains. The individual for this position will need to be data driven and understand best practices for collecting data. You will be required to track, communicate status on and independently drive issues to resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to grow by gaining experience with program management and be excited to influence the customer experience of products. They will also have great people skills, be willing and able to ‘roll their sleeves up’ and dig into problems when needed, and above all, a willingness to learn. Succeeding in this role will provide a path to increased exposure and responsibility in program management activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with feedback program participants to instill excitement and participation.

• Auditing programs for accuracy and participation

• Scheduling and Coordinating feedback sessions

• Managing high level initiatives

• Drafting, editing and sending program communication

• Coordinating the distribution and retrieval of program devices and equipment

• Monitoring, analyzing, resolving and escalating support requests from participants

• Collecting and analyzing data to discover trends and opportunities.

Required skills:

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Experience with categorization and basic analysis of data sets.

Experience handling sensitive or confidential information

3+ years work experience in supporting Project, Program, Product or marketing teams.

Experience in using databases to accurately track people and items and report on status.

Data driven and understand best practices for collecting data.

Experience tracking activity, progress and success using metrics and Key Performance Indicators.
