Job Opportunity: Technical Program Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 9-month Contract to Hire

Pay: $70-$80/hr


As the Technical Program Management lead for the CBA-XO team you will work closely with stakeholders, software engineers, scientists, and product teams to deliver our most complex, high quality, and scalable products deployed around the world. You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best product with the most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify resource gaps and develop work back plans for launch of multiple initiatives. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit.


  1. Own the development and delivery of key programs across CBA-XO and CBA
  2. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple teams around the world
  3. Own communication for technical delivery across these projects with advanced leadership and partner organizations
  4. Own sprint planning and reporting for our engineering and science teams
  5. Identify and develop automated, self-serve mechanisms to scale currently manual processes where relevant, and work with the internal stakeholders to drive adoption
  6. Support the team in developing metrics and measuring their impact
  7. Thrive in working with key stakeholders in executive teams and marketing teams to define strategy and requirements
  8. Communicate regularly with advanced leadership on status, risks, and change control
  9. Enjoying building and designing large scale system with high availability

Required Skills:

  1. Minimum 4+ years of experience working as a technical program manager building software product
  2. Experience establishing sprint planning & execution mechanism working with product managers
  3. Experience to break down product requirements in user stories for software product
  4. Experience working with a team of (10 - 30) software developers & test engineers to deliver software product features

Desired Skills:

  1. Experience working with (2 - 10) data scientists to deliver software product features
  2. Experience working in advertising technology space (ad-tech)
  3. Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
