Electrical distribution company who distributes supplies to large construction projects as well as small electric companies who order parts via will call.

Candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping parts according to customer orders. Receive product, enter into system, stock product away.

Load and unload trucks accordingly using forklifts, dollies, and physical labor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

All Candidates would start at $18.50 per hour or above depending on experience/shift.

Returns Assistant. Still general entry level warehouse role but will be spending time with our Returns Coordinator to process bulk returns. We will train this person, but they will need to have strong attention to detail, engage with asking questions and retaining information. Product knowledge, RF Scanner experience, and a fast pace are bonuses.

Parcels or Freight Throwers. Mixture of either type of receiving. Will use forklifts/cherry pickers depending on role. Otherwise, small parcel handling and tote throwing.

Cycle Counter - Previous experience a must. Needs to ask questions, be able to complete research, comfortable asking questions of others to find out what happened, and otherwise quick on their feet.

Receiving Freight Throwers. Will more heavily use equipment (forklift and cherry picker) for putting away bulk material to shelves, prioritizing oldest material first.

Graveyard (flexible start time, core hours are 10pm - 4pm). Primary parties responsible for loading the vehicles and closing out all needed tasks to ensure a smooth daytime operation in support of our customer base. Candidate will need to be self-motivated and able to ask questions to ensure we are not passing issues onto anyone else.

Test JD: 1-3 years of warehouse picking experience

First Day: Safety training and shadowing with leads

Best Vs Avg: Best would have 3+ years of experience with great job tenure, average would have 6 months experience with a great attitude

Perf Measurements: Required to pick 25-30 lines an hour
