A large coffee company in Seattle, WA is seeking an office administrator for a Hybrid schedule, 5-month contract. The role is located in down town Seattle so candidates must me local!
Assists with routine projects that support department or functional initiatives. Organizes and maintains filing systems both electronic and physical. Sorts and distributes mail. Orders and replenishes department/team supplies. Must like repetitive work and since this will be adding contracts from one database to a new database. Strong attention to detail. Looking for one plus years of working experience in an office environment and if have worked with Microsoft Suite and Sharepoint systems is a bonus.

Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
