This Site Support Representative role will be supporting a large customer in Sedro-Wooley. This individual will be representing the client as a liaison on-site to support the below functions.

  • Provide exceptional service to our customers at the customer’s appointed place of business.
  • Work with the customer to cover all their customer service needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
  • Be the first point of customer contact for general inquiries about orders, scheduling, delivery of product, etc.
  • Accurately enter quotes and orders using ERP system (Prophet 21).
  • Expedite all open quotes and orders with urgency and accuracy.
  • Check on inventory specific to the customer, ensuring that all Min/Max levels and safety stock are adequate.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

  • Customer facing experience
  • Data/Order entry experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk up to 8hrs daily, this job will not be sitting behind a desk for the entirety of the shift

Nice to Haves:

  • ERP systems experience (Prophet 21)
  • Product/Industry knowledge (power tools, etc.)
  • Inventory management

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:

Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

On site with their largest customer
