Position: Insurance Customer Service Representative



  1. provide exceptional customer service through phone and email
  2. service existing client accounts
  3. develop trust and respect with clients by establishing relationships
  4. communicate with clients regarding home and auto claims
  5. Educate clients on what their insurance policy covers
  6. No sales involved in this role



  1. Swing shift 2:00PM-9:30PM during the week
  2. Tuesday/Wednesdays off
  3. Will work both weekend days
    1. Saturdays 1:30PM-9PM
    2. Sundays 8:00AM-3:30PM
  4. 37.5 hours/week
  5. $20-$25/hour 
  6. Located in Spokane Valley
  7. Working in office



  1. $2,500 sign on bonus
  2. Sick leave and PTO
