Eligible candidates will need to work on-site in Tacoma. Must comply with medical compliance and provide proof of Covid vaccine and have updated medical records including a current flu shot and updated shots.

Drug Test that will screen for marijuana is also required.


Looking for some ‘go getter’ types that are self-starters, highly motivated, detail minded and can maintain the fast pace.

Project scope, deployment of PCs, barcode scanners, e-Signature pads, Mediscan insurance card scanners installed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

•Provide Tier 2 support for all desktop, laptop, phone and other computing equipment

•Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of problems in response to customer reported incidents

•Participate in the planning and delivery of technical support services, including troubleshooting, installation, removals, moves, customer assistance, and/or training, in response to customer requirements

•Follow IT protocol and management processes to maintain desktop systems under the direction of System Administrator staff

•Manage service requests via ticket tracking system

•Triage and prioritize service requests and escalate appropriately

•Create documentation for desktop setup, maintenance, repair and asset tracking

•Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software

•Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper functionality

•Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service

•Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades

•Provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support

Need to have Strong Customer Service background that is key and be able to work with doctors and nurses effectively and be empathetic.
